We are looking for a keen Customer Service Representative to join our sales team, based in our Lower Hutt branch.
Whether you are looking for that next step in your Sales Career and want to give face to face representing a go, or you're an individual that likes attending to clients, over the phone, in the branch as well as out in the field helping them grow their business.
The Opportunity: HCB Technologies is part of the Bapcor group, a specialist wholesale business trading nationally in the New Zealand battery market.

About the Position As our new Customer Service Representative covering the Lower Hutt region, you will help increase our profile and look after our customer base as well as:
Building great working relationships with new and existing customers.
Attending to client enquiries, discussing our products and driving sales.
Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with the team to manage a large portfolio of loyal clients.
Delivering our products around the region & ensuring exceptional customer experience.
About You You are looking to get a start in sales or have some customer service experience and want to take the next step in your sales career. You will also have:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence.
Great attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to learn new procedures and systems.
Be proactive, flexible, and driven to succeed.
A full New Zealand drivers' licence, ability to drive manual transmission.
A Class 2, Dangerous Goods and Forklift license would be advantageous.
