Customer Services - Freight Forwarding

The companies: We have an amazing opportunity within a  successful kiwi owned freight forwarder who have multiple offices across New Zealand. They are busier than ever and growing! They strive to create a great team culture and ensure their people are reaching their full potential. 
The Roles: As part of the Customer Services team you will be looking after some of the biggest key clients. Utilizing both your Import and Export knowledge, you will be responsible for :
Client liaisonOrder placement to overseas origin officesBookingsMonitoring the importation of goods, right through to delivery to the final customerProviding order status updates to clientsUpdating rates, costings and quotes when requiredThird Party Shipments Requirements for the role: You will have previous experience in a customer services role in freight forwarding with a strong emphasis also in import and export operations, and the below:
Great Multi-tasking abilities, along with impeccable communication skillsExperience with Cargowise is preferred Remuneration: The salary will be dependent on your previous experience and skills, however my client will pay generously for the right candidate.
