Home Office Requirements With our head office located in Sydney, Australia, this role is exclusively working from home. You can be located anywhere in New Zealand! To ensure we maintain a top-notch customer experience, regardless of location, there are a number of items that you must have to be considered for the role. Please ensure you take a look at the following link to confirm you currently meet these requirements: Rostered Hours Based on our Sydney operating hours, you will work a rotating roster with shifts varying from Monday to Friday between 10am and 9pm (NZT). Work from the convenience of your home, but with all the perks of a tight-knit team: We have a hybrid in-office and at-home team, leveraging great technology to maintain our awesome collaborative culture (think regular video-chats with your Team Leader, daily interaction in our company chat software, as well as company-wide competitions)We have a frequent team wide Happiness Survey, to ask for anonymous feedback from our team to give us insights into what's really important to our staff and what we can do to improveWe continually update our knowledge base with resources to enable you to do your job effectively and with confidence!We are all about helping each other - mutual support, resource-sharing, and the exchange of real-life experiences are at the coreA typical day in the life might include: Answering a high number of inbound calls from new and existing customersCapturing the nature of the issue and explaining to new customers how our service worksScheduling appointments with the right technician for the jobResolving customer concerns and post-service queriesProviding friendly, courteous and efficient customer service to both customers and field techniciansQualities of an exceptional Customer Service Specialist: While having experience in a call centre or sales-based role is highly favourable, we're looking for more than just that.
