Work Flexibility : Hybrid As a Customer Service Representative at Stryker, you will provide an outstanding service to all internal and external customers, acting as the first point for all outbound customer service functions.

This role is a full time permanent position with the flexibility to work from home as well as the office in Auckland, NZ.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer queries. Processing customer orders, collaborate with our other customer service divisions to ensure customer invoices and bookings are actioned & liase with all internal departments.

What You Will Need : Excellent customer service skills and a desire to help others Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism or a service oriented role Proven experience exceeding customer expectations and working within a team environment Highly developed communication skills and experience working with a diverse range of internal and external customers and clients A positive attitude!
