Te Kaunihera aa Takiwaa o Waikato (Waikato District Council) serves the Waikato District which covers more than 400,000 hectares (418.893ha). The district is rich in natural resources, wilderness reserves, native bush reserves, lush farmland and stunning west coast beaches.

About this role:We have an exciting opportunity for an incredible Customer Delivery Officer to join our team in Raglan. If you have a passion for our community, the ability to instantly build rapport with anyone, and thrive on providing exceptional customer service, this may be the role for you!
What I doThe purpose of this role is to deliver effective support to our community, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service as the interface between Waikato District Council and its customers. As part of this role, you will have a range of varied tasks including front-of-house and library services, as well as being an ambassador for our district.
What I can bringIdeally, you'll have at least 2 years of work experience in a customer-focused environment and strong interpersonal skills. You'll be a self-starter that really enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment, focused on delivering outstanding customer service and have a 'can do' attitude.

Hours of work: 3.5 hours Saturday mornings 9:15am - 12:45pm
