PB Tech is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service team at Head Office located in Manukau. Tasks & Responsibilities: Maintain a high quality, customer-focused approach to the delivery of services.Comfortable dealing with difficult customers over the phone. Process sales orders and quotes. The ability to understand a wide range of technology products and discuss technical information back to the customers in easy to understand and simple words.  Assisting customers with queries and providing information to solve problems. Manage any necessary follow-up actions required to facilitate a timely response.  The successful candidate must have the following attributes: Excellent in computer hardware and software knowledge.Fluent English communication skill in both verbal and writing.Excellent telephone etiquette and e-mail skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders.We thank all applicants.
