Customer Service Representative - Hamilton NZ Post This position is for a Customer Service Representative on a Fixed Term contract - Part-Time.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 15:00 Pay: $26.84 per hour Duration: 18th of November 2024 - 17th of January 2025 We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.
This role is based at our Waikato Operations Centre.
In this dynamic role you will: Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner including managing complaints Assess and rewrap damaged items and record the information in our system Lift up to 25kg Provide information and support regarding NZ Post products and services Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alike Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include: Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries (this is a face-to-face position) Be comfortable with a physical role (you will lift up to 25kgs) A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and procedures Comfort using new systems and processes Strong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need and provide solutions.
