Have customer or administration experienceHave an Intermediate level of computer skillsHave experience processing payments including eftpos and cashCan communicate effectively in a contact centre environmentCan think on your feetCan work at a fast pace during busy timesCan work as part of a teamAbout the Role Join this team to maximise the customer experience by providing accurate information, advice and service to all external and internal customer enquiries through either the contact centre or front counter on matters relating to applications and services provided by Council. In this opportunity within our Customer Support and Services Team you will be:
Providing exceptional customer service directly to our communityWorking in our phone contact centre, on the cashier pod and front counterAssisting customers with payments and enquiriesProviding information on Consent and Licensing enquiriesHow to apply Interested?
