The Customer Service team works closely with Sales, Operations and Despatch to build strong connections with a wide range of glass merchants, fabricators and casual customers and deliver best-in-class experience. Be a part of this team! Working hours are from 7.30am - 4.00pm. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and critical thinking abilities. There are potential pathways into Sales and Leadership! What will you be doing? Data entry - creating and maintaining customer orders and sales quotesHandle customer and sales enquiries received via phone and emailProactively contact customers on delivery changes or disruptionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Despatch on the order lifecycleBuild rapport with Viridian Sales customers to anticipate their needs and deliver outstanding customer experiencesManage customer related knowledge to keep customers up to date with products and service capabilitiesApply critical thinking to ensure first-call resolution for customer enquiriesThe ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a customer service role is essentialExperience in the glass/manufacturing industry is a plus but not necessary, training will be providedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong data entry speed and accuracyEffective time management and the ability to multi-taskExcellent attention to detail Ability to build rapport with a wide range of peopleProactive self-starter who is positive, energetic and motivated to deliver outstanding customer experiencePositive in the face of adversity and calm under the pressureHow to apply: If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
