THE ROLE As a member of the team, you will support our sales teams and customers with order enquiries, processing, fulfilment, information, quotes, credits, solutions, and technical support.
You will enjoy varied projects and tasks and learn new skills in a growing business.
Other duties will encompass a range of support functions for logistics, marketing and office activities whilst continually seeking improvement in systems and processes.
THE IDEAL PERSON Experience with delivery of a quality service to customersWholesale import and distribution sector experience idealStrong customer service ethic with internal and external customersHigh degree of personal integrityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills – face to face, phone and email interactions Practical, organised and a natural problem-solverProficient with Word, Excel Outlook and relationship software e.g.
