Job Description With rich data at our fingertips, the Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for the acquisition, retention, and activation of our customer base. Evaluate customer activity, omnichannel performance, and commercial outcomes to develop and manage a comprehensive customer plan that drives both customer engagement and business results. This role would suit someone with a background in direct customer marketing, is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a love for using customer data and insights to deliver actionable plans & commercial outcomes. You will also; Collaborate with Data and Analytics Team to ensure activities meet performance objectives through robust analytics and reporting.Contribute to the setup and delivery of customer promotions.Identify innovative uses of data for relevant omni-channel communications.Conduct post-campaign analysis, benchmark results against objectives, and present findings to stakeholders.Define and implement A/B tests to optimize existing campaigns.Work closely with the Digital Propositions Manager to contribute to defining new features within our App. Qualifications We're looking for someone with a solid background in marketing, particularly in Loyalty & Direct Marketing. Your experience will help you understand customer research and insights, enabling you to transform these findings into actionable marketing plans. You should bring strong relationship-building skills, allowing you to connect effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Also on our wishlist: A solid understanding of loyalty programmes & systems and how to enhance them for better promotions and customer journeys.The ability to produce actionable insights, clearly articulating findings to stakeholders.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a bonus.Ability to work with ambiguity and taking ownership of deliverables.Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, particularly in e-commerce, retail, or tech would be a bonus.A track record of driving commercial performance.Experience in building productive relationships with internal stakeholders, third parties, and suppliers.
