With four locations across the Wellington region, we're looking for someone who is aligned with the mission and core values of the company to fit the criteria. We are looking for people who have: Strong customer focus and exceptional customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent phone manner A positive can-do attitude with the desire to learn The ability to follow processes with an eye for detail The ability to organise effectively, proactively, be adaptable, multi-task and meet deadlines The ability to work well independently as well as in a team A clean driver's licence With your own dedicated customers to oversee, the role will involve the following: Accurately gathering customer information in order to enable a right fix first time approach Scheduling bookings and entering them into our systems correctly and efficiently Answering all incoming enquiries via phone/email following R.S. Lane process Liaising with both private customers and insurance companies and advising of work required Assisting with customer check-ins when dropping off their vehicle for repair Updating customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs Liaising with our operations/logistics division to make sure all cars are ready on time Following up with customers upon completion of repairs following R.S. Lane process Hours of employment: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm. We are not looking for people who are unhappy in their current job. We are looking for people who are not SATISFIED in their current job. Please note we have four locations across the Wellington region: Petone, Porirua, Tawa & Wellington CBD, and all candidates must be open to working at any location.
