ABOUT THE ROLE: We're currently looking for a customer obsessed and data savvy communications contractor with a track record of success. You'll be experienced with managing complex customer change communications and projects. If you're looking for a new challenge and thrive on helping customers through periods of change, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: A communications specialist who can work well with our internal teams to translate and communicate complex messages in a way that is simple and easy for our customers to understand. A customer advocate who can be counted on to be the voice of our customers. Advanced data skills, able to understand complex data sets, and act as the co-ordinator between data, marketing automation and communications stakeholders. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and levels within the business. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. 5+ years of communications or marketing experience, ideally within a service industry. Solid direct marketing experience, including eDM, DM and SMS. A growth mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities. Experience within an agile environment would be highly desirable.
