Job Description:

Methven is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Customer Care Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for our global clientele.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyze customer data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Conduct regular training sessions for customer care staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a customer care management role, with at least 8 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and hardworking
- Ability to cooperate and collaborate with colleagues across different departments
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
