The opportunity

We have a full-time position available, within the Customer Service and Library Team at The Centre - Patuki Manawa, based in Katikati.

Our customers are at the heart of what we do, and to be successful in this role you must have a passion for providing services to improve our customer's experience.

To set you up for success, you'll have

A positive 'can do' attitude, and thrive in varied situations
A readiness to walk in our customers shoes and take the customer journey
Genuine empathy
The aptitude to work cooperatively within a team, and yet autonomously
Plenty of common sense and initiative
Competency in the use of Microsoft products and document management
A great sense of humour
A current full driver's licence.
