**Key Responsibilities:** 1.
**Customer Interaction:** - Provide exemplary customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Engage with customers through various platforms (phone, email, in-person) while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

**Complaint Resolution:** - Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively, aiming for resolution that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
- Collaborate with management to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
3.
**Documentation and Reporting:** - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, ensuring all concerns are documented and addressed consistently.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer care metrics, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
4.
**Relationship Management:** - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to foster a team-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer feedback is used to improve service offerings and promotional initiatives.

**Training and Development:** - Assist in training new customer care associates, providing guidance on best practices for customer engagement and service excellence.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance personal knowledge and skills related to customer service and project management.

**Project Management:** - Manage special projects related to customer care initiatives, ensuring completion within deadlines.
- Monitor and evaluate project success, making adjustments as necessary to align with overall business objectives.

**Presentation Skills:** - Prepare presentations for internal meetings to share customer insights and convey recommendations for enhancing service quality and customer engagement strategies.
--- **Requirements:** - **Education:** A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or care role, preferably within the hospitality or dining industry.
