ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an amazing Customer Ambassador to go that extra mile with our customers. From booking cars to selling extra products to inspecting vehicles, you'll be doing a little bit of everything to make our customers happy. This is a full-time permanent opportunity (42.5 hours per week). We work on rotating rostered shifts that can include public holidays and weekend days, but you will only work 5 days per week.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Providing travel tips and exceptional service
Processing customer hire payments/daily balancing
Managing customer and booking queries
Problem solving when customers have issues on the road
Upselling GO products and services
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
At least 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
A Tourism Industry qualification advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to problem-solve
A full or restricted driver's licence, with the ability to sit your full within the next 3-6 months. Full International licence is ok.
