The ability to potentially also teach Dance and/or Music could be an advantage. This is a great opportunity to become part of our excellent Performing Arts leadership team, in a school with an outstanding reputation for the performing arts. You would be joining a supportive and extremely well-resourced department that strives for excellence in both curriculum and co-curricular ensembles.The successful applicant will have had experience with NCEA and the qualifications framework and be a confident drama teacher. They will possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to lead the Drama curriculum, including NCEA Level 3 and Scholarship Drama. The successful applicant will take responsibility for the curricular and co-curricular side of Drama.Please state all relevant experience in Drama and the performing arts, including any areas of specialism.Contract and remuneration will be in accordance with the Secondary Teachers' collective agreement (CA) as assessed by the Salary Assessment Unit of the Ministry of Education. Annual remuneration is dependent on service and qualifications, starting rate of $61,329.00 and a top rate of $103,086.00.
