As a Finance Exec in our Consumer Lending team, you can expect to: Oversee new loan and top-up sales to customers and introducers as you conduct thorough lending assessments and make the right decisions according to our risk appetite and values.Nurture referral networks with brokers and business partners and build relationships with introducers for ongoing growth.Maintain service level standards for introducers and internal customers consistently.We are looking for candidates who have: Experience in a similar role making lending decisions, with the ability to interpret documents associated with finance applications.Knowledge of the NZ financial services industry and trends.Comfortable and experienced with a continuous improvement environment.Excellent computer skills with numerical ability and excellent written and verbal skills.Multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a high pace environment, with confidence in sales, problem solving skills and tricky conversations.What's in it for me?
