We're looking for a Creative Workflow Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract supporting across our peak trading period, starting 1st September until 31st January. Job Description Our in-house creative team delivers on the important job of ensuring our content, advertising and always-on campaign work is on-brand, engaging our customers and ultimately delivering the results and converting sales for our retail brands. No two days are the same which sees the team's work scope spanning across traditional marketing communications, in-store as well as online & digital platforms. As a Creative Workflow Manager, you'll play a crucial role in organising the in-house creative department. Take the lead in coordinating projects, managing briefs, scheduling the internal creative team - ensuring we're on track to meet deliverables and all initiatives are completed on time and within budget. This role combines Creative Workflow Manager and Project Manager responsibilities meaning your collaborative efforts will connect with creatives across all aspects - from Art Directors, Copywriters, through to Producers and Designers and you'll need to confidently and comfortably work across omnichannel marketing touchpoints. Keep the work organised and production moving smoothly and on-track by ensuring clarity in brief, clear communication of work and expectations with stakeholders all while maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere. Qualifications What You Need to Bring: This role is perfect for a new breed of Creative Workflow Manager / Project Manager who wants to help modern retail brands connect with today's consumers. With 1-3 years of experience in a similar Creative Workflow Manager role, you understand the workings and behind-the-scenes of a creative team well and know what it takes to bring and get a team working together, bringing out the best in them to deliver. Needless to say, excellent time-management, organisational and communication skills are your key strengths as you keep the work organised, moving smoothly and cohesive. Retail is dynamic – adaptability and teamwork will be key! You're tough yet kind-hearted, with a knack for making things happen. What we're looking for: Problem-Solving Skills: You can identify problems and find solutions quickly Vision: You understand goals and priorities, know what good looks like and are excited to help us get there. Collaboration: You know how to work with your team, comfortable collaborating across creative disciplines both in-house, and agency-side partners. Experience: Prior working experience in a progressive omnichannel marketing communications agency, particularly with a retail focus, is ideal.
