Join Far East Flora Pte Ltd as a Creative Designer, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity across multiple brands within our Marketing Team's portfolio, including Retail, F&B, and Product Development. Your creative deliverables will span graphic design, basic motion graphics, interactive social content creation, video editing, product shoots, product packaging designs, and photo retouching / manipulation.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring design alignment with campaign/project briefs and requirements.
Participating in concept development and creative design discussions for brand-relevant campaigns, events, projects, and visual communications (print, digital, social, packaging, etc.).
Presenting visual design concepts and storyboards to internal teams and management.
Collaborating closely with various internal teams on design requirements.
Coordinating with printers for quotations and preparing working files for print/digital production.
Archiving all multimedia content and artworks in the media archive.
Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or an equivalent field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
At least 2 years of relevant designing experience, preferably in a retail or FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Keen eye for aesthetics, organized, creative, and up-to-date with design trends.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with good communication skills, able to work well with both internal and external teams and stakeholders.
