We've grown at an incredible rate in a short 3 years – with strong backing, even greater things are in play and we have a new brilliant opportunity for a real self-starter, Creative Design Specialist to join our passionate, retail obsessive and energetic team!

Job Description
As Market Media's Creative Design Specialist you'll be an essential cog in getting our campaigns to market, our communications looking sharp and keeping our brand accurate and as it should be!

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Marketing, you'll be a team player, but able to work independently and bring your own design chops to our work. We expect you to bring thinking and ideas vs just being a paint by numbers kinda person!

You'll love great design and understand how design and function intersect to create effectiveness and impact and how it can drive not only our business, but our clients business forward.

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who take personal responsibility, initiative, and ownership for the work they deliver and have a thirst to learn. You'll be working with our clients and teams to create vibrant, on-brand campaign assets to execute best in class, modern marketing. In your toolkit you will possess:

Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma.

Proficiency in creating animations and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar.

Ability to create engaging animated content, such as banners, GIFs, and short videos.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are pixel-perfect and consistent with brand guidelines.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators.

Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling visual designs.

Expertise in designing visually appealing presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote, enhancing internal and client-facing communications.
