AMP is looking for a B2B Corporate Marketing Specialist, a newly created position in the marketing team, supporting our Customer Partnerships team.
The Corporate Marketing Specialist will enable AMP to deliver growth through our Workplace Advisor channel, both through the acquisition of new corporate clients (employers) and the acquisition of new customers (employees) into AMP KiwiSaver as well as other services.
The marketing team at AMP is part of the Retail Customer business unit, and provides marketing strategy and delivery across all of AMP's products and services.
We are a multi-disciplinary team that looks after brand, customer communications, PR, product marketing, internal comms and corporate marketing.
The Corporate Marketing Specialist will partner closely with the Customer Partnerships team to provide a range of marketing support.
This position acts as the bridge between the sales and marketing functions of our organisation, so needs to be comfortable in both areas.
Act as the bridge between our sales and marketing teams, to create a seamless marketing to sales experience.
Project manage the delivery of sales and marketing activities including content creation, events, webinars and sales promotions.
Delivery of marketing support materials and collateral.
Support the delivery of relevant customer comms and digital journeys alongside the applicable team members.
Solid understanding of how marketing and sales can effectively work together.
Project management skills and ability to wrangle multiple stakeholders to ensure projects keep moving.
5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing (with some experience in marketing delivery required).
Confident managing multiple stakeholders, with a strong commercial mindset and strong communication skills.
Skills in any of the following will be useful in this role: content marketing, webinar delivery, customer journey implementation, event management, customer comms, sales enablement.
Experience in financial services is a plus.
