Our purpose is to "build a better place", for our clients and communities and as a thriving team and business.About the roleAs we take the next step, we are seeking a savvy COO to lead the day-to-day management of the business, working with the Managing Director and alongside the Leadership Team. The COO will be responsible for financial performance, management and reporting, people and culture, business operations, and scaling our operating model, systems and processes to support our strategic aspirations.This appointment is a key transformation initiative, to free-up the Leadership Team to focus on strategic consulting, nurturing our key relationships and fostering new opportunities.This role will be for 12 months, fixed term, on a part time basis, 24 – 30 hours a week. Ideally, we see this role being based in Wellington but for the right candidate we're open to considering Auckland and elsewhere in Aotearoa.About youTo take on this challenge, you will be experienced at leading a diverse team and driving business performance and growth, ideally coming from another professional services business. You'll also bring:Exceptional people leadership skills, building trusted relationships with your team quickly.Business/commercial acumen, with an understanding of how consulting businesses are powered.A systems/process mindset; you'll be able to build out processes across all areas of the business from people and culture to consulting best practice.Ambition and hunger, with a natural knack for driving towards business excellence.What's next?We've partnered with Kin to fill this key position.
