Contracts Manager

Join our team as an All of Government (AoG) Contracts Manager and play a key role in executing contracts and managing a challenging sales order process from start to finish. You'll ensure a seamless operational workflow is in place by overseeing the whole contract life cycle, ensuring business SLAs are met and that every agreement aligns with our mission and values, driving excellence and sustainability in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract management: Review and amend Statement of Works to ensure compliance and to provide guidance to the wider team. Manage the end-to-end sales ordering workflow from inception through to completion.
Reporting: Prepare regular reporting as needed by Ricoh and our customers.
Process management: Create and maintain relevant process and procedural guides, FAQs, and manuals.
