Contract Chief Operating Officer (Coo)

The Company is seeking a Contract Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and transformation of the business. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and the Leadership Team, taking on key responsibilities in financial performance, management and reporting, people and culture, and business operations. The COO will be instrumental in scaling the operating model, systems, and processes to align with the company's strategic aspirations, and will be a driving force in ensuring the business remains relevant and sustainable in the long term.This is a part-time, fixed-term role, ideally suited for a professional with a background in leading diverse teams and driving business performance, particularly within a professional services environment. The ideal COO will have exceptional people leadership skills, strong business and commercial acumen, a systems and process mindset, and a natural ambition for business excellence. The role is a key initiative to free up the Leadership Team, allowing them to focus on strategic consulting, nurturing key relationships, and fostering new opportunities.
