Metlifecare is redefining the retirement village category by showcasing that every village is unique, so our residents can find a place to truly feel at home. We are on a drive to create and deliver compelling content, as our prospective and current residents become more accustomed to using digital platforms and channels. We need a talented Content Creator to help develop world-class marketing content, village tours and useful information for our prospective customers and their families.
Based in our support office located in Newmarket and reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on role, developing ideas for content, styling and undertaking video and photo shoots. We'll rely on your professional editing skills and creative instincts, plus ability to showcase our villages and people from all walks of life. You will provide the marketing team with quality assets and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our brand guidelines ensuring content ideas are fresh and marketing campaigns continually improve.
Some key responsibilities will include:

Working speedily but accurately in the Adobe creative suite to create and update branded collateral.
Brainstorming ideas and using your creative skills to produce content across a range of marketing channels.
Being responsible for successful delivery of compelling sales and marketing materials for brand, tactical and digital teams.
Ability to follow a brief, ask questions and suggest improvements.
Comfortable creating content across multiple formats and channels.
Undertaking photoshoots, working with staff and residents, creating videos, art direction, styling and editing.

About youIdeally you'll have 3-5 years' experience in a content creation role (graphic design skills would be a bonus). You will have solid experience in making videos, conducting photo shoots, styling, art direction and editing. You have the maturity and confidence to respectfully give direction to our residents and staff when at photo shoots. You have a strong portfolio showcasing your experience and excellent collaboration and communication skills. We will be looking for a track record of teamwork and relationship building and a positive can-do attitude. Video editing and graphics experience essential.

Content creation experience.
Experience creating assets for web, email, reels and social posts.
