We're pretty proud to say Trade Me Motors is Aotearoa's most frequented platform for buying and selling vehicles. We're currently on the hunt for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join us for a 12-month fixed-term contract due to an internal secondment. If you're a proactive, data-driven B2B marketer with a knack for storytelling, this is your chance to shine. A key focus area for Motors this year is taking Insights to market that enable our Dealers to get the most out of our platform. You'll play a key role in packaging data and insights into compelling and actionable marketing communications ensuring that key information and the call to action is visualised clearly. Here's what you can expect from this role: Work closely with the Insights and Marketing Manager to implement the B2B content and channel strategy, including creating and distributing content that aligns with the B2B content strategy in Trade Me's tone of voice. Package data and insights into compelling and actionable formats, ensuring that key information and the call to action is visualised clearly and understood by our dealer network. Utilise your data-driven marketing expertise to support and improve dealer business performance. Manage and deliver B2B webinars, ensuring a strong Trade Me brand presence, attendee satisfaction, and proper distribution of recordings. Develop and execute impactful B2B email campaigns, assess their effectiveness, and recommend improvements. Deliver value-based marketing tools, content, and collateral to support Trade Me Motors pricing, product and packaging go-to-market projects, and other campaigns as required. Collaborate with internal designers and external agencies to produce high-quality graphics, photos, and videos. Plan and execute a communication calendar focusing on important updates such as product improvements, insights products, and process changes. What you will bring to our team: 3+ years marketing experience Experience in creating and executing B2B marketing campaigns that drive results. Knowledge of current B2B/trade marketing trends and best practices. Experience with content calendars and strategies. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Content Stack, or SEMRush is a plus. You excel at writing and editing targeted content for specific audiences. You're a pro at developing plans, keeping stakeholders updated, and delivering results. You can handle multiple tasks, manage various stakeholders, and meet deadlines. You have a strong grasp of the marketing mix and know how to use and optimise different B2B marketing channels. You bring fresh ideas and can inspire creativity within the team. Data storytelling: you're able to transform data into a compelling narrative. We know some candidates can be reluctant to apply for roles if they feel they don't 'tick all the boxes'.
