Spotless Services (NZ) Limited is respected as a leading provider of comprehensive facilities management and asset maintenance services.We are seeking a Compliance Auditor to join our team for auditing of multi trade residential building maintenance works, such as, carpentry, decorating, plumbing, drainage, electrical, gas, cleaning, and ground maintenance works.This is a key role reporting to the Senior Quality & Assurance Manager and supports the delivery of building maintenance services to tenants living in the Kainga Ora properties through the implementation of the quality assurance and compliance framework.Responsibilities:Monitoring internal and external compliance with contractual, company, and statutory requirementsProviding technical and quality-related advice as requiredEnsuring implementation of company policies and procedures by internal staff and subcontractor baseRepresenting the Spotless Contract Team to resolve contractual issues with subcontractors and Kainga OraConducting pre-work, in-progress, and post-work inspections for responsive and planned worksSupporting improvement activity through identifying non-conformance and following up on completionContributing to regular reporting and trend analysisSkills and Experience:Auditing qualifications or quality auditing experience in the Building IndustryFormal qualifications in a related discipline (Building Trades background advantageous)Intermediate Excel levelAnalysis and problem-solving abilityProven ability to prepare reports and gather/maintain dataHighly developed communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneouslyAbility to develop, build, and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholdersWhy you will enjoy working here:A role with Spotless can advance your career and expand your skills.
