This will be carried out through one-on-one and/or group facilitation following a Strengths Assessment and development of Personal Goal Plans. Client base and where the work is done will predominantly be in areas from the Northshore, West and Central Auckland – having knowledge of these areas and living in Central Auckland with easy motorway access is highly desirable.Needs may include: The development of interpersonal skills that improve quality of life Access to further study Employment preparation Engagement within their local community and activities of choice Main Tasks and Duties: Undertake Strengths Assessment and goal planning Facilitate achievement of outcomes as per individual goal plans Participate in the promotion and marketing of the service and programmes Network with other mental health service providers Individual and group work You will | Nga Pukenga Have/Working towards a National Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent Have the ability to work in a team environment and from a bicultural perspective. Have experience working in the area of mental health Full NZ Drivers Licence Valid/Current work visa, residency, or citizenship Have a passion for walking alongside those in need, supporting ongoing goals on the pathway to recovery.
