Job Summary Our Community Marketing Manager is a key role reporting directly to the Chief Retail Officer and supporting our highly capable Head Coaches (Store Managers) in their Region. Leading with our values at the forefront, this role will be hands-on developing the store teams and culture across NZ, whilst activating the community in person and elevating our community marketing in the region. The CMM will build regional community strategies that align back to LSKD's initiatives and bring them to life in market. It's the role of the CMM to make sure everyone is happy, creating spaces and building relationships in which all benefit. This role will work directly with the store Head Coaches, liaise with the HQ departments, and will also coordinate the Street Teams in the region to activate in local communities. Please note this is an Auckland based Role with NZ wide Travel Create a Community: Create an annual Community plan broken down by quarter to support the Integrated Merchandise and Marketing program and align to our community on the ground with local events and initiatives. Sweat with the community and create a broad campaign of opportunities to activate the community in person - this means being out at events, on the ground in the gym and joining the local community run clubs. Represent our brand and create a community - celebrate how our community are inspired to 1% Better Every Day and galvanize teams to join. Monitor LSKD and other social media channels, forums, and other spaces to engage with and respond to community members. Ensure to capture content for socials at a store and regional level to share on company socials weekly. Spend 2-3 days a week in the community connecting with our athletes, gyms and store teams. Develop a Team of Leaders: Support the retail teams to build a world-class street team that embraces and shares our values with their local communities. Support the store's talent process with recruitment in market. Encourage collaboration within the team, lean on individuals' experience - there's a better way, find it! Support ongoing learning and development of all store crew consistently and equitably by providing direct feedback, and proactively addressing performance concerns. Key Events & Moments: Plan, execute, and evaluate external events, categorized into Street, Brand, and Charity disciplines, aligning back to the company annual brand campaigns. Collaborate with the wider CMM team to ensure seamless coordination and execution. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, event organizers, and key influencers. Develop and implement monthly themed events aligning with LSKD's brand values and marketing goals. Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns that engage and inspire our communities. Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to create compelling events and brand activations. Manage and run the road program in your region, building strategy and plans for where and how to show up, galvanizing street team to support. New Store Community Building: Lead the new store opening strategy for community activations. Pre-seed and heat up the community in advance, building plans to support a strong opening. Plan and execute activations and events, and build relationships with key athletes and community members. Find great athletes for TEAM LSKD. Support recruitment of great Head Coach and team while in market. Leading Store Community Programs: Support Head Coaches to bring their community store programs to life in a meaningful way, that inspires growth of existing community and finds new community members. Foster and manage relationships with Team LSKD, influencers and community athletes, building new relationships every day. Run the Team LSKD onboarding program. Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of Community Marketing Initiatives. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of events, campaigns, and community-building efforts.
