We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. Reporting to a Senior Communications Manager, this person will work with leaders in manufacturing and human resources to develop communication plans to drive business objectives and help our employees feel more connected with F&P.
Responsibilities: Helping employees understand their contribution to operational performancePlanning and facilitating strategy meetings, leader forums and Town HallsResearching and telling engaging storiesWriting clear and simple communications for our digital platforms or printSupporting change initiativesGathering insight to guide communication plansUsing insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvementMinimum Requirements: You have five to 10 years of experience in communications and are comfortable working with leaders in manufacturing and operationsYou can work independently to research and write messages for diverse audiences, many of whom speak English as a second languageYou are willing to manage both strategy and execution and are open to using new technologies and digital platformsAbout the company: At Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, our commitment to care unites us.
