Nga korero mo te turanga - About the RoleWe are seeking a Communications and Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and communication efforts of Te Rau Ora. This includes gathering and promoting insights from our key stakeholders in the health sector, communities, and whanau. You will also drive our community engagement work programme, advocating for community perspectives with a focus on achieving Maori aspirations around Hauora.Key Details: Type:Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) Location: Based at any Te Rau Ora office or remotely Position Description:Communications and Marketing Manager About You:You can be based anywhere in the motu and will have experience managing a team remotely. A self-starter, you can work autonomously, inspire as a strategic leader, and collaborate effectively as a team player. Your skills in building strong community connections, both online and kanohi-ki-te-kanohi, will be vital. You'll have a strong understanding of key drivers for success through partnerships and public health sector connections, particularly with Maori communities. A demonstrated understanding of te ao Maori and the role of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in providing a framework for a culturally safe environment in Aotearoa is essential.
