About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Global Property Limited as a Commercial Property Manager Assistant. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the effective management of the company's commercial property portfolio in the Auckland CBD.What you'll be doingAssist the Commercial Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the property portfolioCoordination of repairs, cleaning, maintenance, renovation and other works required.Assist planning and executing facilities use in the best possible way.Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Maintain accurate property records and documentation.Perform regular facilities inspections and prepare correspondence reports.Assist the preparation of operating and capital budgets.Collaborate with the wider team to ensure excellent customer service and tenant satisfactionCommunication to stakeholders' inquiries, emails etc. in a reasonable and timely manner to resolve any issues in mutual way to both parties.What we're looking forExperience/Education in a facilities management or similar role would be highly advantageous.Proven experience in a property management or administrative support roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyProficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office suiteThe ability to build positive and long-lasting relationships within a team as well as with all relevant stakeholders.A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceFull NZ driving license is required.What we offerAt Global Property Limited, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
