About us:

We are currently looking for a Commercial Property & Lease Manager, primarily based out of our Lower Hutt office, to look after a portfolio of 17 buildings within the Wellington region. This is currently a part-time, permanent role at an average of 20 hours per week; however, flexibility will be considered.
About the position:
In this position, you will ensure that all buildings meet health and safety requirements, are compliant with government regulations and standards, and achieve maximum value for money. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial forecasting and budgeting, preparing and monitoring long-term maintenance plans, and advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Additional duties include, but will not be limited to:
Coordinating insurance renewals
Overseeing lease agreements
Supervising contractors
Reporting regularly to managers and owners to provide updates on progress and performance
Knowledge of ADLS, BWOF, NBS
Experience with Rights of Renewal and Rent Reviews.
About You:
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent project management and leadership skills. You'll also be highly organised and ideally have experience in the commercial property sector in order to oversee the management and maintenance of several commercial properties, primarily company owned with internal and third-party tenancies.
