This is a fixed term position, based in Wellington, through to December 2025.This position will play a key role within the programme, driving and managing strategic supplier relationship/s, ensuring effective delivery of outcomes, performance management, and implementing governance measures, including balanced scorecards.The ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments is a must, as is strong commercial acumen along with a thorough understanding of performance and governance measures. Proven experience in managing supplier relationships at a strategic level is key, along with ensuring that programme performance metrics are monitored and met at all times. Experience in the food service industry is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Lead the commercial and performance management of service contracts within a specific project.Implement robust governance measures and performance metrics (including balanced scorecards) to ensure optimal delivery and compliance.Manage and foster strong supplier relationships to ensure service standards are consistently met.Negotiate and resolve complex contract issues while driving continuous improvement and value-for-money outcomes.Oversee change management initiatives related to contract and supplier performance, ensuring alignment with project goals.Salary range: $139,346 - $169.369 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver.
