The Role As the day-to-day client lead, your role is to work closely with the YOUKNOW Media Executive team to ensure the success of our business partnerships and key accounts.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
To achieve this, you will collaborate with all necessary internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies that drive revenue performance and improve customer experience.
You will also work with your team to manage day-to-day activities and ensure that all sales targets and outcomes are met.
As a Commercial Lead, you will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as growing existing accounts to increase revenue.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients and partners and will represent YOUKNOW Media in meetings and other interactions.
Key Responsibilities Lead sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, upselling services, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met to foster long-term partnerships.
Manage budgets for client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered within financial parameters while maximizing profitability.
Collaborate with the Executive team and clients to develop strategic account plans that align with their business objectives and drive growth opportunities.
Monitor and analyse account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to both the client and internal teams.
Address client concerns and issues promptly, providing solutions that enhance client satisfaction and maintain trust.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to offer clients valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management and clients.
About you 5-10 years of experience in Media or a minimum of 3 years in a Senior Media position Proficiency in using CRM and digital marketing tools and platforms Strategic planning and strong financial acumen Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and lead effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
