We have two newly created roles as a Commercial Business Partner at NZHG who will play a critical role in driving growth nationally and making a real impact on our expansion efforts. One of these roles will focus on disability, while the second will focus on health & wellbeing. Both roles will report to the General Manager Strategic Growth and Partnerships, and will partner with General Managers, directors and stakeholders across the business to hit growth targets, lead innovative initiatives and capitalise on market opportunities within selected categories. Both roles will focus on new business opportunities and increasing market share with existing NZHG contracts across the disability and health & wellbeing sectors. Responsibilities include:Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute a category growth plan and prioritise growth initiatives within your portfolio.Contribute to our commercial strategy with your market insights, driving both organic and inorganic growth.Lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification to revenue generation.Develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with other NZHG entities to support overall growth.Understand customer needs and leverage relationships for growth.Utilise CRM systems to monitor and drive business development activities.What you will bring | Nga tohungatanga mo tenei turangaThe successful individual will need to be credible, curious and have the gravitas to engage at all levels. You will be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills. You will be an experienced relational salesperson or someone with category experience (disability or health & wellbeing sector) who has been in a growth-related role contributing to new opportunities. With a proven track-record of managing relationships within the Health system, you will be comfortable leading the end-to-end sales cycle and achieving targeted results. You will lead from the front while quickly developing rapport and trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Having experience with RFP's and financial management is of importance. Experience working in the health/disability sector or an aligned industry would be advantageous. You will need a clean full drivers license.
