Club Manager Position
Snap Fitness is currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated fitness professional for the position of Club Manager, Snap Fitness Te Aro.
This role is for a club manager but will be a sales-heavy position, so a desire to hit targets and work towards goals is a MUST. A bonus structure is in place to offer you rewards for your achievement of these tasks.
Responsibilities:
Sales, Administration and Operations of running a fitness facility or equivalent.
Capable of goal setting and working towards targets.
Qualifications & Experience
Certificate IV in Fitness, and professional registration with National Fitness Association is preferred.
Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
Must have appropriate police/working with children check.
Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in a similar environment (e.g., fitness, retail) will be highly regarded.
To be successful you will:
Have a proven ability to hit targets!
Be people-focused and highly organized.
Have experience in building/recruiting a personal training team.
Have experience building a club culture to be proud of and gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility!
Experience in, or understanding of, human resource and work health and safety processes is desirable.
