If you are hardworking, innovative, and ready to take on challenges, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Client Support & Engagement:** - Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor. - Manage client accounts and assist with technical issues, product inquiries, and service requests. - Maintain a thorough understanding of Pacific Life products and services to effectively answer client questions and provide tailored support. 2. **Problem Solving:** - Diagnose and resolve client issues with a focus on maintaining high satisfaction levels. - Utilize effective decision-making skills to propose solutions that meet client needs and deliver results. 3. **Documentation & Reporting:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. - Prepare and submit reports on recurring issues and trends in client inquiries to identify opportunities for service enhancement. 4. **Collaboration with Internal Teams:** - Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive support for clients. - Engage in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices. 5. **Customer Experience Enhancement:** - Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for improving client services and support processes. - Gather and convey client feedback to relevant departments to drive product and service improvements. 6. **Continuous Learning:** - Stay informed of industry trends and new developments related to client support and Pacific Life's offerings. - Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. **Requirements:** - **Education & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree or relevant certification preferred. - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, support, or related role. - **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong decision-making skills to identify the best solutions for clients. - Innovative mindset with a willingness to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interactions with clients. - **Personality Traits:** - Hardworking attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality support. - Resourceful nature, able to efficiently find solutions and navigate challenges. - **Technical Skills:** - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with CRM software. - Basic understanding of financial services or insurance products is a plus but not required. **Benefits:** - Competitive pay with paid overtime opportunities. - Complimentary snacks and meals during in-office training sessions or meetings. - Travel opportunities for client engagements, training, and professional development events. **Working Environment:** At Pacific Life, we pride ourselves on cultivating a team-oriented environment that prioritizes understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
