Creating and updating FAQs and knowledge base articles.

- **Training and Support:** Assist in onboarding and training new staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Other Duties:** Perform other related tasks as required to ensure the effective functioning of the client support team.
**Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the e-commerce or technology sector.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other collaboration tools.
Familiarity with eBay's platform is a plus.
