As a Client Support Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and products.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Ensure all communications reflect the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify client issues, troubleshoot, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution and client satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of Ecolab's products and services to effectively assist clients and answer their queries. Stay updated on product updates and changes.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document and track client interactions and inquiries in the company's CRM system. Maintain records that facilitate effective follow-up and track resolution trends.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments to escalate issues when necessary and ensure a smooth client experience. Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather client feedback and share insights with the wider team to help improve products and services. Contribute to innovative solutions to enhance the client experience.
- **Adherence to Policies:** Understand and adhere to Ecolab's policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards in all interactions.

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; however, customer service, retail, or related experience is advantageous.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred but not essential.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about providing exceptional client service.
- Reliable and consistent in meeting commitments and deadlines.
