We are currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join the AMS Nightlife team. As a key contact point for clients, you will build relationships, provide technical support, manage installations, and provide training to ensure they are getting the most out of their AMS Nightlife product. You will have a portfolio of clients that you look after for both proactive and reactive calls, allowing you to grow and expand your knowledge.

You need to have great interpersonal skills and be committed to building relationships with your clients.
You need to be awesome at customer service. We take great pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we need someone who can do the same.
You need to love technology and be willing to learn new things. We work with both software and hardware products, so you'll need to be comfortable with both.
It helps if you're a bit of a music nerd. We're all about the music, so if you've got some music programming experience, that's a bonus!
You need to be a problem-solver. You'll be dealing with all kinds of issues, so you need to be able to think on your feet and find solutions quickly.
You need to be able to handle a busy workload. We're a growing company, and there's always something going on. You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize your tasks.
