### Responsibilities:
As a Client Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. **Client Support:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and friendly assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address and resolve client issues efficiently, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. **Product Knowledge:**
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Halter's products and services to effectively communicate with clients and provide accurate information.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting product-related issues and guide them through best usage practices.
3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams by providing insights and feedback from clients that may help in service improvements.
4. **Sales Support:**
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities based on client interactions, and maintain a positive attitude towards upselling when appropriate.
- Support marketing initiatives by gathering feedback on promotional efforts and client preferences.
5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Participate in team meetings to provide input on client concerns and service improvements.
6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Engage in professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills and service capabilities.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by offering suggestions for improving client service processes.
### Requirements:
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required - a willingness to learn is key.
