Job Description:

Xcel Energy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client services, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with our valued clients.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure new contracts and renewals
- Monitor client accounts and track key performance metrics to ensure targets are met
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client satisfaction and account performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in client services or account management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and driven personality traits
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience working remotely is a plus
