### Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and reliable **Client Relations Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.
- **Project Coordination:** Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines, goals, and deliverables are met efficiently.
Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- **Needs Assessment:** Understand client needs thoroughly to tailor Gentrack's offerings that best suit their operational requirements.
- **Feedback Mechanism:** Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the ongoing development of products and services.
- **Training & Support:** Conduct training sessions for clients on products and services, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the solutions effectively.
- **Reporting & Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project milestones.
Deliver regular reports to management on client status and project health.
- **Collaboration:** Coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations with service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually innovate and improve client relations strategies.
### Requirements: - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in client relations, account management, or project management, preferably within the software or technology sector.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in CRM software, project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant applications.
