Position Purpose:
The Client Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships in the architectural industry. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and relationship management skills to support our clients in finding the best solutions for their architectural needs.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base within the architectural market.Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with project specifications.Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.Follow up on leads and proposals to convert them into successful sales.Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to order completion.Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.Provide clients with technical advice and product information as needed.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company.Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations.Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the architectural or construction industry.Strong knowledge of architectural products, materials, and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.Results-driven, with a focus on exceeding targets.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex architectural concepts.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Desired Qualities: Initiative and proactive approach to problem-solving.Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement.Benefits: Competitive salary structure.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Flexible working environment.Supportive team culture.To Apply:
