Elective Services Planned Care Clerical Administrator - Surgical Services - Te Whatu Ora Waitemata
Permanent Full-time position (1 FTE) Monday to Friday North Shore Hospital About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated administrator to join our friendly and supportive General Surgery team at Waitemata District Patient Service Centre. The purpose of this role is to manage referrals, waiting lists, and book surgery for patients requiring services offered at North Shore Hospital, Elective Surgery Centre & Waitakere Hospitals.
This includes working with nurses and doctors to plan and schedule appointments and patients' surgery events efficiently and effectively to ensure optimal utilization of the service provided to the public within the Waitemata District.
