As a Claims Adviser your key purpose is to provide the effective and timely management of the claims process. You will work closely with brokers in the branch as advocates for the client, ensuring they get the best possible outcome in a difficult situation.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Loading and lodging new claims in a timely manner
• Liaising with the clients and the Underwriters throughout the claims process
• Ensuring all required information is obtained before forwarding to the Insurance company
• Ensuring claims are paid promptly and within policy cover
We are looking for a candidate with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and good communication abilities. The ideal candidate should be a team player who can empathize with clients during the claims process and manage their own workload efficiently.
