About the role: As the Chief Marketing Officer,you willberesponsible for planning, developing, and driving the marketing and customer engagement strategy for the Southern Cross Pet Insurance business.
You willinstil a solution and customer focused mindset in the team, staying close to customer feedback, supporting and empowering the team to navigate through challenges, and changing course when necessary to meet customer needs.
You will develop SCPI marketing and customer engagement strategies (5 year and annual), setting acquisition and retention targets.
You will drive strategic growth of sales through consumer and B2B markets and channels, by managing and optimising marketing activity in Southern Cross channels including digital and offline as well as external communication channels.
You will be a key member of the Southern Cross Pet Insurance executive team and provide enterprise leadership across the business.
About you: Business related qualifications and/ or learning demonstrating expertise, curiosity, a thirst for knowledge and growth.
Demonstrate principles of human centred design, excellence in marketing and communications, leadership and strategy development Demonstrated experience executing programmes, projects and workstream initiatives to an excellent standard, managing timelines, budgets, suppliers and internal delivery teams and stakeholders.
Skilled?in?applying?strategic thinking and foresight?regarding?market changes, technology changes and?customer expectations.
